AlphaSeal is a highly effective, polymer-modified thick coating (FPD) designed for various applications. It serves as a reliable building sealant for both interior and exterior use, on horizontal and vertical surfaces, as well as for restoration projects.

As a hybrid sealant, AlphaSeal combines the benefits of a polymer-modified bitumen thick coating (PMBC) with the flexibility of a mineral sealing slurry (MDS). It meets the stringent requirements of DIN EN 14909 and DIN EN 13967 standards.

When installing the AlphaBlock 4+ radon foil, AlphaSeal is used to create a radon-tight bond between the foil and the building structure, ensuring maximum protection.
